If you're looking for a close-up encounter with dolphins and not just a sightseeing trip, this is the trip for you. You can pick the activities you would like to do and how long you wish to spend on the tour.
Rent a pontoonboat for the day and be your own captain! We have pontoon boats for rent for visitors who wish to be their captain. Our Map will be sent to you with the directions to our favourite snorkeling spots, sandbars and common dolphin areas.
All snorkeling is waiting for you on the boat AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. For your refreshments, the onboard cooler will have Capri Suns and/or complimentary bottled water. You are also welcome to bring your own beverages, snacks and BYOB.
Our Dolphin Boat Tours provide a more personal experience with dolphins. These tours last two hours and give you the opportunity to swim and snorkel with them. You can arrange your private tour. Our captains can help you find the best places where dolphins can be seen.

St. Andrews Bay Charters' private charters allow for 12 passengers (maximum 13 per boat) to enjoy Panama City dolphin tours and Shell Island excursions. This gives you a more personal and intimate experience. You won't have to share your boat with anyone.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour begins will not be eligible for a reimbursement due to the delay in reserving seats. Clients who cancel within this time frame will be charged full price.

Dolphins, loggerhead turtles, green sea turtles, ghost crabs, beach mice, nine-banded armadillos, alligators that live in the island's lake, marsh rabbits, racoons, and other wildlife can be found on Shell Island.
Wear nothing but a swimsuit. Dolphins have extremely sensitive skin, and because you will be able to touch them during your interaction, we recommend that you refrain from wearing sunscreen, oils, or perfumes.
